Vice Chair Sally Woehrle
Sally Woehrle was the chair of Westercon 50 in 1997, and has served as chair of SWOC a number of times since. Sally was department head for Handicapped Access for Noreascon Four and LACon IV, and she was division head for Facilities at Cascadia Con.

Secretary Jim Granger
Jim Granger has been a congoer since 1992 and has worked in various roles for Rustycon and Westercon including volunteers, security, dispatch, fan club liaison and most recently was the webmaster for Rustycon for two years. He has been the Board Secretary and has lead the bylaw committee for two years. Jim also produces his own podcast called Pacific Fen Spotlight.
Director Susan Robinson
Susan Robinson has been a member at large of SWOC since 2002 and joined the board of directors as its treasurer in 2005. She has also served on two other boards as their secretary and board accountant since 1995. She has been actively involved in fandom since 1995 working on such conventions as the 2004 & 2008 Worldcons; 2005 NASFIC (Cascadiacon); and Rustycon (1995-2007) where she held such positions of Vice Chairman; Board Accountant, Treasurer; and Special Events Assistant Coordinator.
